PNW PGA Professionals and amateurs, please double check which entry registration form you select (skins or no skins).  New this year, amateurs are eligible to participate in an Optional Amateur skins game.  

PGA Professionals, if you get placed on the waiting list before the entry deadline of April 17, you will get clicked in within two business days.
